Jesse Bevel brings over 17 years of expertise in logistics, distribution, and customer service, evolving from hands-on operational roles to strategic leadership. With 12 years of supervisory and administrative experience, he has led teams to improve inventory accuracy, streamline operations, and optimize planning. Jesse partners with organizations to align supply chain functions with business goals, providing practical, consultative guidance to drive efficiency and results. His approach emphasizes collaboration and problem-solving, helping businesses identify opportunities, improve processes, and achieve their targets with clarity and confidence.

Andrew Plummer
Andrew began his career in 2017 as an Executive Management Trainee. After completing the program, he worked as a Modeling Assortment Analyst, partnering with independent business owners across Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama to develop inventory strategies aligned with customer demand and overall business objectives. In 2024, Andrew was promoted to Modeling Assortment Manager, where he led teams of analysts and oversaw inventory and assortment projects for both independent owners and corporate locations across multiple distribution centers in the Mid‑Atlantic region, and later the Midwest. Prior to his work in inventory and assortment management, Andrew served as a Facility Manager in a high‑volume call center environment from 2012 to 2017. Andrew is deeply committed to resolving the operational and inventory challenges that quietly undermine business performance. With a strong attention to detail and a systems‑driven mindset, he focuses on restoring accuracy, stability, and trust in inventory data. Andrew approaches every engagement with a dedication to his customers, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and aligned with the realities of day‑to‑day operations.

Jack Boguski
Jack began his career in the automotive aftermarket, starting as a delivery driver and progressing through counter sales, assistant manager, and ultimately store manager roles. After time in store operations, he entered an Executive Management Trainee Program, which led to a position as Service Manager for a major distribution center within the parts industry. Throughout his career in the automotive aftermarket, Jack gained experience across nearly every facet of the business. He later transitioned to Interstate Batteries, where he served as Assistant General Manager and served as Interim General Manager for a year. Jack is driven by a genuine passion for helping business owners and managers move their organizations forward. He brings a hands‑on, practical approach to every engagement, working closely with customers to understand their challenges and support them in building stronger, more resilient operations. Jack is energized by seeing businesses gain clarity, confidence, and momentum as they reach where they need — and want — to go.

His experience spans building high-performing teams, driving revenue through strategic partnerships, and managing the financial performance of complex territories. Throughout his career, Josh has remained closely connected to the independent owner community, helping to strengthen operations, improve profitability, and create sustainable growth. Today, he is focused on supporting business owners and managers with a practical, hands-on approach, working alongside them to solve problems, improve processes, and build stronger, more efficient organizations.
